CUSTOM SOFTWARE
We build the system that fits your business, from scratch.
Without being held back by the limits of off-the-shelf software, Doruva builds web applications, admin panels, SaaS products, integrations and automation systems that work the way your operations do.
APPROACH
If off-the-shelf software doesn’t fit your business, the system should be designed around it.
At some point, growing businesses get stuck with spreadsheets, disconnected tools and software that won’t bend. The same data is entered in several places, processes depend on individuals, and teams work on different screens.
Custom software development can bring processes, data, users, integrations and automation together in one consistent system. The goal isn’t custom software for its own sake; it is solving a real operational problem with the right digital architecture.

SCOPE
What We Build
From a single internal tool to a multi-user SaaS product, every project starts with the same question: what is the real problem to solve?
- 01
Custom Web Applications
Browser-based applications and operational systems built for your business.
- 02
Admin Panels
Clear interfaces for managing processes, users, content, orders and data.
- 03
SaaS Products
Multi-user digital products designed around a repeatable service or business model.
- 04
API & Integration
Connecting websites, applications and third-party systems through structured integrations.
- 05
Automation Systems
Turning defined workflows into automated digital processes to reduce repetitive manual work.
- 06
Internal Operations Tools
Tools built around your team’s daily workflow and your business’s specific needs.
WORKFLOW
A transaction enters the system. The system runs the rest.
In a well-designed system every step has a clear rule. Checks, records, connections and notifications run in the order they were defined, without waiting for someone to remember them.

APPLICATION INTERFACE
Complex processes, simple interfaces.
Operational software should make the complexity behind it manageable for the person using it.
We don’t design admin panels by how much they show on screen, but by how easily the user can take the next right step. Each role sees only what it needs, and every record’s status and next action are clear.

API & INTEGRATION
Systems don’t have to work in isolation.
If your website, CRM, ERP, e-commerce platform, payment and shipping systems hold the same data in different places, API integration can get them talking to each other. Data is entered once and moved where it is needed, in a controlled way.

AUTOMATION
Leave repetitive work to the system.
Useful automation takes on work with clear rules that repeats often, and keeps the steps that need human judgement visible. Not every process is suited to automation; we first decide together which ones will genuinely add value.
Manual
- Check the form
- Copy it to a spreadsheet
- Email the right person
- Update the status
- Prepare the report by hand
Automated
TriggerForm submitted
- A record is created
- A task is assigned
- A notification goes out
- It is added to the report
- Form→Task creation
- Order→Status update
- Event→Notification
- Data→Report
- Application→External API action
SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
Data, processes and users meet in one architecture.
The screen a user sees is only the visible layer of the system. Sound software defines the role of every layer from the start, from the interface to the database and external systems.
Interface
The screens, forms and panels users work in.
Application logic
The layer where business rules, permissions and workflows are processed.
API layer
Controlled data exchange between the application and other systems.
Database
The structure where records are stored consistently and securely.
External systems
CRM, ERP, payment, shipping and other services.
TECHNOLOGY
Technology is chosen to fit the problem.
We don’t force every project into one framework. The number of users, the data structure, integrations and your team’s existing infrastructure decide the technology. Sometimes the right step is to extend the current system rather than replace it.
- 01
Interface
Fast, component-based user interfaces that are easy to maintain.
ReactUI library
Next.jsReact framework
- 02
Server and business logic
A type-safe, readable and extensible application layer.
Node.jsServer runtime
TypeScriptType-safe development
- 03
Data and caching
Relational data structures, plus caching and queues for work that needs fast access.
PostgreSQLRelational database
RedisCache and queues
- 04
Integration
The application’s controlled connections to other systems, built on modern web architecture.
- REST / APIData exchange between systems
- 05
Deployment
A container-based setup, so the application runs the same way in development, testing and production.

PROCESS
Our Software Development Process
Discovery & Needs Analysis
We understand the problem, the users, the workflow and the existing systems.
Process & Product Architecture
We define user flows, the data structure, system boundaries and priorities.
Interface & Prototype
We design the key screens and interaction model and validate them early.
Development & Integration
We build the application and set up connections to the systems it needs.
Testing, Launch & Improvement
We test with real workflows, launch safely and keep improving where needed.
THE RIGHT DECISION
When does custom software make sense?
Custom software isn’t the right answer in every case. The signs below can indicate that your needs have outgrown off-the-shelf tools.
- Your current tools can’t reflect your workflow correctly
- Much of the process runs on spreadsheets and manual steps
- Disconnected systems make people repeat the same work
- You need to build a digital product or SaaS
- Teams need a shared operational system
- Existing software is limiting an important business process
PROJECT TYPES
Different needs, different systems.
The systems we build take shape around the need; these are the project types we come across most often.
Operations Panel
Internal systems where teams manage their daily workflow, records and tasks in one place.
SaaS Product
Digital products offered on a subscription or multi-user basis and planned to scale.
Integration Platform
Systems that connect applications, data and workflows to each other.
FAQ
Common questions about custom software
What is custom software?
Custom software is software designed and built from scratch around a specific business’s processes, users and data. Instead of adapting to an off-the-shelf product, the software takes shape around how the business actually works.
How long does custom software development take?
It depends on the size of the scope, the number of integrations, the complexity of the product and the testing requirements. After discovery and needs analysis we split the work into phases and share a plan that aims to deliver the most critical part first.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
In most cases it is possible, but it depends on the API or other access methods the existing system offers. Not every system can be integrated to the same degree, so we review the integration options technically at the start of the project.
Off-the-shelf or custom software: which is right?
It depends on the need. If established off-the-shelf software solves the problem efficiently, it is usually the faster and more economical option. Custom software may be the better fit if your workflow doesn’t fit ready-made tools, if a lot of manual work builds up between systems, or if you are building a digital product.
Can the software be extended later?
We treat growth as an architectural question from the start: a modular structure, a clear data model and an extensible integration layer. This makes it easier to add new features and users, although the infrastructure may need reviewing as scaling needs grow.
